Kristin is Merit Hearing’s business manager and pharmacist consultant. She manages the Ototoxicity Monitoring Program and brings experience in clinical and compounding pharmacy.

Jen assists with Central Auditory Processing Disorder testing and helps care for patients’ hearing aids in the Ankeny office. She brings more than 14 years of medical-field experience.
