Business Manager & Pharmacist
Kristin is Merit Hearing’s business manager and pharmacist consultant. She manages the Ototoxicity Monitoring Program and brings experience in clinical and compounding pharmacy.
Jen McClintock
Audiology Technician
Jen assists with Central Auditory Processing Disorder testing and helps care for patients’ hearing aids in the Ankeny office. She brings more than 14 years of medical field experience.
Madelyn Teske
Clinic Support
Madelyn joined Merit Hearing in March 2025 and brings with her a background in healthcare as a CNA. She enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience for every patient. At Merit Hearing, you’ll often find her assisting with quick fixes, answering calls, and welcoming patients at check-in.
